IMAGINE GETTING INTO STANDING TADASANA AND EACH DAY YOU FOCUS ON ONE AREA OF YOUR STANDING MOUNTAIN POSE. STARTING AT YOUR FEET, THE TOES ALIGNED STRAIGHT FORWARD. THE NEXT DAY YOU HAVE MASTERED YOUR TOES AND SPEND YOUR TIME LIFTING YOUR ARCHES. YOU MASTER THESE AND CONTINUE ON TOWARDS MASTERING THE POSITION OF YOUR KNEES TO YOUR THIGHS AND YOUR HIPS BEING ALIGNED FORWARD. SOON YOU WILL MASTER THE POSITION OF YOUR TAIL BONE, TO KEEPING YOUR SPINE ALIGNED – SHOULDERS AWAY FROM YOUR EARS – CHIN PARALLEL TO THE GROUND – NECK ALIGNED – HEAD UPRIGHT AND THEN YOU HAVE STANDING TADASANA.
