  • BEING as a verb

    Just be, let it be, all will be, to be or not to be now that is the question. Everyday I spend a few moments sitting in silence. My whole body resonates with one focus and that is to breathe. As I do this sometimes my mind drifts into experiences I have yet to have and sometimes to experiences I have already enjoyed. I can sit for hours not thinking and just breathing. I wonder am I being? I wonder what does it mean to be?

    Pranayama is the practice of breath. Your breath is your life force. Without breath there is no life. To stay with your breath can be a practice in itself.
