Over 10 years ago Maria started her journey on the pursuit of yoga with semi-private lessons and dove right into a life-changing practice. After awhile, she felt confident to enter a yoga studio equipped with the knowledge and know how of Hatha Yoga poses while utilizing accommodations and props to assist her larger body.
